| Users review: I've had the good fortune to see this film twice. I admit that I'm not keen on them because the trailer looks like Campy and cheese! With that said, I'm glad I took the risk and to see it, otherwise I could have been a masterpiece, which is not included missed instructions!. It turned out to be one of the most beautiful, tender, sweet, insightful and powerful films of my time. I would for it to go as far as it rank with the imitation of life. The simplicity of this film is what makes gem that stands on its own. Acting on Eugenio Derbez (one of the biggest stars in Mexico) is only trouble. As to Loreto Peralta, who plays the daughter of Maggie that there are no words to describe her acting chops, it is both a revelation and a miracle. It will impress you from the beginning.
